OK Week and a Half

The first week really getting back into the swing of things. It was an OK week. I had some setbacks with eating bad food but I worked out 5 days (3 running days and 2 weight lifting days). I gained a couple pounds and up to 222.5. I can tell you that not lifting in 4 months can really make your muscles hurt. After the first day of lifting, I was hurting (luckily I decided to drop to half what I use to do so I would not tear anything). I hope that I have a better week next week.
